The Mulching Approach
Every machine runs a mulching blade. Clippings are chopped fine and returned to the lawn — feeding the soil naturally. No waste, no bags, no extra charge. Bagging is available as an add-on upon request.
Cleanup Pricing — $65/Hour
Cleanup is billed at $65/hour with one technician. Your first visit includes an on-site assessment and the first hour of work — we don't charge separately to show up and look around. If more time is needed, we'll discuss it with you on-site before continuing.
Leaf cleanup process: leaves are raked/blown from beds into the open yard, mulched with the mower to reduce volume, vacuumed, and bagged for your municipality's curbside pickup. Bags provided.
A cleanup is a volume removal job — some residual leaf matter will remain in beds and tight corners. That's normal and actually beneficial for soil health. If you need extra attention in specific areas, just let us know.
Regular Service Saves You Money
On a weekly or biweekly mowing schedule during fall, leaf management is built in — the mulching blade handles what drops between visits at your normal rate. Waiting until end of season for one big cleanup always costs more. Regular maintenance is the cheapest way to stay on top of leaf fall.
Honest Expectations
Every lawn is different, and our goal is a yard that looks great and stays healthy. If you're looking for PGA Tour greens, we're probably not your crew. If you want a well-maintained, natural-looking property with a technician who cares — that's what we do.
Fair warning: a healthy lawn is a team effort. We bring sharp blades and good intentions, but we can't water your grass for you (we've tried willing it to rain — doesn't work). We're happy to share watering and fertilizing tips. We just need you to actually follow them.
Budgets are real and we're happy to work with yours. Just know that expectations should match the plan — biweekly with no watering produces different results than weekly with a sprinkler system. Both are fine. Just different outcomes.
